Great hotel with great facilities, rooms were big and clean, with good aircon and showers. The Breakfast choice and quality was really good and so were other facilities such as the pool and gym area, and health spa/massages. Most of all, we were extremely satisfied with the level of customer service shown by all of the staff at this hotel. Particular highlights: Rose, welcomed us at the hotel and recommended excursions for us (which we booked and thoroughly enjoyed). We noticed she would spend time with the guests during breakfast making sure they were okay and to ask about the excursions they had been the day before etc. She showed a genuine interest in our exploration of Hoi An to make sure we were having the best time. Kate, who came in on her day off to escort us to a vaccination clinic when I was bitten by a dog during a morning run. She could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the process and speaking to the medical professionals to make sure we got what we needed. We are immensely grateful that she came with us. Kate and Cherry were also so helpful during our stay and made us feel so welcome and taken care of at the hotel. We have never had such wonderful customer service before and we will never forget it.

The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff here made our stay truly memorable! It’s what you’ll expect out of a well-appointed boutique hotel and more- warm personalized service, great breakfast, squeaky clean cozy rooms, even little touches like complimentary local jujube fruits in the room! Breakfast had small changes daily that was appreciated like the local steamed dishes, hot noodles and refreshing delicious salads. The spa is great and very affordable; even when I’ve moved to another hotel, I came back here for massages under Desi’s expert touch. Shoutout to Kate at the front desk who is ever willing to help with itinerary planning and tips, and she even went out of her way to send me to town to catch my shuttle on a very hot summer’s day! I would return in a heartbeat to this hotel, it’s very near to walk to the ancient town yet located in a quieter side of the river.

Well located—can walk to everything but you’re not in the middle of the tourist crowds (or the evening karaoke bars). Visit old town in the morning to avoid too much hustle and bustle. Hoi An is gorgeous, with so much history, but it seems to be almost overwhelmed at certain times of day with visiting hordes. We had an excellent and great fun BBQ experience at Moi, just around the corner—not for the faint hearted, but if you want to dine like a local! (Just don’t order the beef tendons.)

Breakfast was a very generous buffet, western and eastern dishes available and eggs cooked to order. Vietnamese coffee not my fave but the breakfast tea did the job. Bought coffee elsewhere. The shower was lovely, though took a while to warm up! The staff were so helpful and sweet. Air con very effective. Pleasantly surprised by the fitness room not having an old lat pulldown machine (as pictured on their booking.com page) but a well-used smith machine and some dumbbells, complimentary water in there too. Did the job.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was good with options to suit all tastes. I would definitely recommend Little Hoi An Hotel to anyone visiting the area!
